What is the typical turnaround time for a project?

Most reupholstery projects take 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity and current workload. We'll provide you with a specific timeline during your consultation. Rush jobs can sometimes be accommodated for an additional fee.

Do you provide fabric, or do I need to bring my own?

We offer both options! We have an extensive collection of premium fabrics to choose from, or you're welcome to bring your own materials. Our team can advise on fabric suitability and quantity needed for your project.

What areas do you service for pickup and delivery?

We service the greater Edenvale, Kempton Park, and surrounding areas within a 25km radius of our Chloorkop workshop. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.

Do you offer warranties on your work?

Yes! We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive warranty. Structural work is covered for 2 years, and fabric/material warranties vary by manufacturer. We'll explain all warranty terms before starting your project.

Can you work with automotive interiors?

Absolutely! We specialize in automotive upholstery including car seats, headliners, door panels, and dashboard trimming. We work with all vehicle types from classic cars to modern luxury vehicles.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, EFT, and credit card payments. For larger projects, we offer flexible payment plans with a deposit required to start work and final payment upon completion.
